3. Products and Customization
Product images and colors are displayed as accurately as reasonably possible, but appearance may vary by screen settings and normal production tolerances. Customized goods are produced using the size, spelling, numbers, colors, artwork, and other information submitted or approved by the customer.
You are responsible for reviewing customization details before placing an order. We may contact you to clarify incomplete or potentially unusable information, which may delay production.
4. Customer-provided Content
You retain responsibility for content you submit for customization. By submitting names, logos, images, artwork, or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use and reproduce them for the order.
You must not submit content that infringes intellectual-property rights, violates law, is fraudulent, threatening, hateful, obscene, or otherwise unlawful. We may reject or cancel an order containing prohibited content.
You grant us and our production partners a limited right to use submitted content only as reasonably necessary to review, manufacture, fulfill, support, and document your order.
5. Prices, Payments, and Taxes
Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total displayed at checkout. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, or fees may be added or separately payable as described during checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
We may correct pricing or product-information errors and may cancel and refund an affected order where fulfillment at the erroneous price is not reasonably possible.
6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, prohibited customization, product unavailability, material pricing errors, or other lawful reasons.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information and any duties or taxes not collected at checkout. Additional details appear in our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns and Refunds
Customized goods are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Remedies may be available for qualifying defects, damage, production errors, or incorrect delivery reported within 30 calendar days after delivery. The Refund and Return Policy forms part of these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
Except for customer-provided content and third-party materials, the website, branding, text, graphics, layout, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to GOMYKIT and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without written permission.
10. Prohibited Uses
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or access it through unauthorized automated means, commit fraud, violate another person's rights, or use the services for unlawful purposes.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOMYKIT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Where liability can lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Hong Kong Dawn Light International Limited against third-party claims and reasonable losses arising from customer-provided content that infringes another person's rights or from your unlawful misuse of the services.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer's place of residence. The courts of Hong Kong will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when the revised Terms are posted, unless a different effective date is stated. The Terms in effect when an order is placed will normally govern that order.
