1. Order Processing and Custom Production
GOMYKIT products may be made or customized to order. Production begins after payment and the required customization information have been received. Orders containing incomplete, unclear, or conflicting customization instructions may be delayed while we contact the customer for confirmation.
2. Estimated Delivery to the United States
After an order has been shipped, estimated transit and delivery time to the United States is approximately 10–15 business days. This estimate does not include the time required to produce or customize an order. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
This timeframe is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery may take longer because of order volume, customization complexity, carrier disruption, severe weather, customs inspection, remote destinations, incomplete addresses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking may take several business days to update after the parcel is transferred to a carrier.
4. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact service@gomykit.com immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered production or shipment.
Additional shipping or redelivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be charged to the customer.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or local handling fees. Unless these charges are expressly collected during checkout, they are the recipient's responsibility. Customs processing may affect the estimated delivery time.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels
If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, or if a parcel arrives damaged, contact service@gomykit.com with the order number and relevant photographs. We will review the case with the carrier. A parcel marked as delivered may require confirmation with household members, neighbors, the building reception, or the local carrier before a claim can be completed.
