Ordering and customization

How do I order a custom jersey?

Select a sport and design, choose the available size and options on the product page, review every customization detail, and complete checkout.

Can I place a team order?

Yes. For assistance with a roster or larger order, email service@gomykit.com before ordering and include the sport, approximate quantity, required sizes, and target date.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Customized orders may enter production shortly after payment, so a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

Production and shipping

How long does delivery to the United States take?

After an order has shipped, estimated transit and delivery time to the United States is approximately 10–15 business days. Production or customization time is separate and is not included in that estimate.

Will I receive tracking?

Where tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking may take several business days to update after the parcel is transferred to a carrier.

Who pays customs duties and import taxes?

Unless these charges are expressly collected during checkout, customs duties, import taxes, and local handling charges are the customer's responsibility.

Returns, quality claims, and refunds

Can I return a customized product because I changed my mind?

Customized products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Please review the size, spelling, numbers, colors, artwork, and other personalization information before ordering.

What if my item is damaged or produced incorrectly?

Contact service@gomykit.com within 30 calendar days after delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs or video showing the item and issue.

How long does an approved refund take?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After processing, they typically appear within approximately 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
