Available payment methods and the final order total are displayed during checkout. Payment options may vary by country, currency, device, and payment-service availability.

Prices and additional charges

Product prices, shipping charges, discounts, and any taxes collected by GOMYKIT are shown before you submit the order. Customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges that are not collected during checkout are the customer's responsibility.

Payment authorization

Orders enter processing after payment is successfully authorized and the required customization information is received. A payment may be declined or reviewed by the bank, payment provider, or fraud-prevention service.

Payment support

If checkout fails or a charge appears incorrect, contact service@gomykit.com. Include the order number, the approximate time of the attempt, the device or browser used, and a screenshot of any error. Do not send a complete card number or security code by email.
